100% COMMISSION UPON MEETING YOUR BROKERAGE CAP OF $16,500

ALL AGENTS WITH DURPO REALTY ASSOCIATES BEGIN WITH A BROKERAGE SPLIT, 80% TO THE AGENT AND 20% TO THE BROKERAGE UNTIL MEETING YOUR ANNUAL BROKERAGE COMMISSION CAP OF $16,500, AT WHICH TIME YOU’LL RECEIVE 100% OF YOUR COMMISSION.

EACH AGENT’S CAP WILL RESET ON THE AGENT’S ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY DATE, DEFINED AS THE DATE THE AGENT JOINED DURPO REALTY ASSOCIATES, REAL ESTATE AGENT CAREERS & REAL ESTATE AGENT JOBS

WE CHARGE A FLAT FEE OF $249.00 FOR EACH TRANSACTION YOU REPRESENT. 

OUR RESIDUAL INCOME PROGRAM ALLOWS LICENSED AGENTS IN OUR FIRM TO REFER OTHER AGENTS TO DURPO REALTY ASSOCIATES. WHEN WE EARN A DOLLAR FROM AN AGENT THAT YOU REFERRED TO US, YOU GET PART OF OUR EARNINGS.

Simply Talk to other Realtors about our company and the commission split we offer, and the residual income they can earn from agents they refer. If they are interested, give their number to our Recruiting Department. That’s it. once they affiliate with us, you’re done.

Depending on how many agents you refer to our company you will receive a percentage of what Durpo Realty Associates earns from our Commission Split.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

It’s based on a percentage tier:

Tier 1: 1 to 5 Agents 10%

Tier 2: 6 to 15 Agents 15%

Tier 3: 15 or More 20%

EXAMPLE:

Let’s assume you have referred 7 agents to Durpo Realty Associates, each of your referred agents sell one home this month, with an average sale price of $250,000 and have one sale side at 3%. Our brokerage would receive $10,500, of which you would receive a check this month for $1.575 which is 15% of Durpo Realty Associates $10,500 side of the commission split.

This income is guaranteed for as long as you and your referred affiliate each hold an active real estate license and remain affiliated with Durpo Realty Associates. 

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF DURPO REALTY ASSOCIATES ARE WE DO NOT CHARGE A DESK FEE, ROYALTY FEE, OR FRANCHISE FEE AND THERE ARE NO MINIMUM PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS.

Monthly Fees

Durpo Realty Associates charges a Technology Fee of $85 billed monthly. As a cloud-based brokerage (meaning you can work from anywhere) this fee covers the use and continued expansion of our cloud-based technology, such as our all-in-one brokerage wide technology which includes your CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), Virtual Paperless Technology, Custom Agent Webpage with full IDX feeds, and the ability to market your listings in multiple MLS boards, as well as access to training and support.
