As someone who’s called this beautiful mountain village home for the majority of the year, I’ve truly fallen in love with our tight-knit community, from the stunning views that greet us every morning to the shared experiences that make this place so special. Like many of you, I cherish the simple joys here—hiking our trails, gathering with friends, and building lasting memories in this serene escape.

With over 40 years as a real estate entrepreneur and broker through Durpo Realty Associates, I’ve honed in-depth expertise in managing properties, navigating complex systems, and ensuring smooth operations—just like the day-to-day mechanisms that keep River Vista running efficiently, from maintenance to governance. This hands-on experience, combined with my extensive research and thorough grasp of our covenants and bylaws, equips me to lead with insight and effectiveness.
